Pre-School

Preschool sessions are for children from the term after their 3rd birthday until they start school nursery or reception class. Sessions are held in the Bee Hive and last 3 hours. They run every morning from 8.30 -11.30 am and every afternoon from 12.30 to 3.30pm.

Activities provided help children to work towards the 6 areas of learning set out in the Governments Foundation Stage for Early Years which include Problem Solving Reasoning and Numeracy, Communication Language & Literacy, Creative Development, Physical Development, Knowledge & Understanding of the World and Personal Social & Emotional Development.

All children are entitled to 15 hours per week free, during term time, from the term after their 3rd birthday. These must be spread over 3 days and are funded by the Government. Additional hours are charged at £3.70 per hour.

Playgroup

We run 3 hour playgroup sessions for children aged 2-3 years in our Bumbles Playroom.

Children stay without their parents or carers and can enjoy activities such as Painting, gluing, playdoh, pretend play, small world, construction toys, sand, water, jigsaws, games, stories, singing and outdoor play.

Playgroup sessions run every morning 8.30-11.30am and every afternoon 12.30-3.30pm and cost £11.10 per session payable half termly in advance.

Baby Play Sessions

Monday PM 12.45 to 2.45 (0 - 15 months)
Wednesday PM 12.45 to 2.45 (0 - 15 months)

£2.00 per session payable half termly in advance

Prices include a coffee/tea for parents/carers and a
snack of fruit and milk/water for the children.
